We had a blast at The Urban Room! The facilities were top-notch, with great amenities and activities to keep us entertained.

Amazing staff, always willing to go the extra mile, offering great advice and deals on trips and excursions. Delicious seafood pasta dishes cooked by a talented chef. Cheap beers and a cute and friendly Alaskan husky on site. Safe and secure with a locked main gate at night. Convenient location near a 7-11 and a vegetarian restaurant.

Best value for the money as far as I have seen. Just a couple dollars more than the packed backpackers hostel a block away and I get my own space and a lot more relaxation. The rooms are tiny, of course but all you need is a bed. All of the common rooms are comfortable to hang out in and there's wifi everywhere. The owner is super nice and makes sure you always have everything you need. Location is great, 5 minute walk to all the busses to get to Patong, Karon, etc. Practically next door to a corner store for your morning coffee, water, etc. The best foods and markets right around the corner. I will definitely recommend it and definitely be back next time I'm in Phuket.

You can still hear the person in the next room/ bed. There see walls but they are open on the very top. Everyone has been very respectful and quiet but I'm sure if you get the wrong people in here... Still, you risk the same in a hostel renting a bed. At least here you have your own space, a key to secure your belongings, and you don't have to stare at strangers faces while they're sleeping.

As I was walked to first step to this hotel. It is very identity chic design hotels and also are a small hotels in Phuket town nearby sino portuguese old town in Phuket. I am lonely Backpacker who stay at there on holidays. The staff is very friendly and good habbit. if you come to this you are one of they family and you can see identity modern mini model architecture on up stair. It have only 6 rooms but is very calmly. In addition is very cheap room, although is a small room but is very comfortable including free wi-fi. It is very impressive that i came this, I can cooking because the hotel have kitchen to making you food on morning or dining. If you are one of the tourist I would like to recommend this hotel for your destination.

I stayed at Urban Room for a week-long vacation. Ming, the staff member, was amazing and went above and beyond to make my trip special. She offered great advice and hooked me up with deals for trips to other islands. The hotel itself was safe and the staff friendly. There was a nearby 7-11 and a delicious vegetarian restaurant. I loved my time at Urban Room.

It's been the best hotel I've stayed in whilst travelling sea. The design is breathtaking and was designed by architect owner who is an excellent host for guests willing to answer any questions regarding locations and is really helpful. I have stayed 8 days and have really enjoyed the cool and comfortable rooms. I also live Phuket town ur is really laid back and friendly with little tourists and lots of culture.

No negatives what so ever highly recommend if staying in Phuket.

Only 1 electric-outlet in the room (which must be used for the fan, unless you tolerate heat very well...) Bring a split or 3-way-split,so you can have the fan working even if you want to charge your mobile/use your laptop at the same time.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to the bus terminal and the market where you can catch a bus to the beach. The hotel offers a variety of rooms, including capsule rooms which provide a private and comfortable space with air conditioning. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the wifi is consistent and strong.

The bathrooms could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and upgrading the flooring.
